| | We had 4 days to look for a cabin to purchase as our second home. Time was of the essence and we had a big list of criteria to be met for our cabin purchase.

We enjoyed driving around the area with Linda looking at many properties before deciding on the cabin for us. She made us feel comfortable right away. We laughed most of the time we were with her and are thankful we found an agent like Linda!! We looked forward to the drive to Blue Ridge every weekend for about two months to look at properties with her. We located Linda thru the Remax internet site, and her pleasant attitude and knowledge convinced us to visit the area and select her as our agent.
Linda spent two full days with us looking at numerous lots, thru the hot sun and rain at times, she made the search fun and enjoyable! She is very knowledgeable with the area, and gave us a lot of personal insight on everything we looked at. We did find a property that we liked and thru Linda s skills at a great price.
We are looking forward to the day that we will be building a house on our lot and moving up to area. I know that Linda will be helpful again in suggestions on contactors, etc.
